1. Eligibility

Players must be 18 years of age or older and reside outside restricted jurisdictions. Bearo reserves the right to verify age, identity and location at any time.

2. Account

Each player may hold one account. Multiple accounts are closed, balances confiscated and bonuses voided. Bonus abuse and chip dumping are not allowed.

3. Bonus rules

The welcome bonus is 250% on the first deposit up to EUR 3,000 with 35x wagering (deposit + bonus), 10-day expiry and a EUR 100 maximum bet while the bonus is active. The 300 free spins are credited in batches of 50 over 6 days. The Bonus Crab is a one-off pick-a-prize feature.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit EUR 10 (cards) or EUR 20 (crypto). Withdrawal minimum EUR 20. Daily withdrawal cap EUR 10,000, weekly EUR 50,000, monthly EUR 200,000. VIP players may negotiate higher caps. KYC is required before the first withdrawal.

5. Dormant accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are charged a small monthly fee until reactivated or fully withdrawn.

6. Dispute resolution

Disputes are first handled by customer support, then escalated to the licensing authority if unresolved within 30 days.

7. Jurisdictions

Bearo does not accept players from Afghanistan, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Central African Republic, China, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Curacao, France, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Lithuania, Netherlands, North Korea, Russia, Spain (regulated), Sudan, Syria, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Yemen and a small number of additional countries listed in full on request.
